where have you been all my life (*sung like rihanna, of course*)

Recently exposed to the world of packaging design, I can confidently say I’m hooked! The opportunities are endless, especially when focusing on the world of sustainable packaging and how consumers are able to reuse or recycle packaging components. I work closely with packaging engineers, industrial designers, and more, to develop concepts for primary and secondary packaging in line with overall brand strategy. I work closely with vendors on prototypes and artwork management. I present designs to cross-functional teams with the use of product mockups (physical and digital). I create artwork for packaging vessels/containers, ensure all files are organized and maintained, and attend press checks as needed. I also manage product artwork files and libraries to maintain organization amongst projects.

Though my experience in packaging design is fairly fresh and new, I have multiple brag worthy products that can be found below. Honor a late Olympic athlete and his struggles, I chose beautiful, rich textures and materials to accentuate his story and make consumers relate to his story. Sustainable inks and cartons were used to allow for a a clock made entirely of ocean bound plastic to be transported to consumers beautifully, simply and most importantly, sustainably.
